W3 2026/27 Talent ID Event

Wycombe Wanderers Women are hosting a talent ID event in preparation for their 2026/27 season!

Do you think that your daughter has what is takes to be part of the Chairgirls’ U16s or U18s squad next season? Then be sure to secure her spot at the upcoming W3 Talent ID event this February in preparation for our 2026/27 season!

As a club, we place huge importance on developing young players and providing an environment that stretches, challenges, and supports individuals to reach their full potential. This commitment is reflected in our current pathway, with five U18 players regularly training and playing first-team football, alongside three U16 players who are already training with and contributing to our U18s squad. This progression is something we are extremely proud of and is central to our ambition of climbing to the top of the women’s football pyramid.
We firmly believe that the continued integration of young players training alongside our First Team is another significant step in strengthening our Elite Performance Pathway for women and girls.

W3 Plan of Attack (U16 & U18)

Both the U16s and U18s squads train twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (19:00–21:00) and follow a comprehensive fixture programme. Training sessions and home fixtures are based at our first-class facility, Burnham FC Stadium, which offers a high-quality 4G pitch, analysis suite, and excellent amenities for parents and players.

The session will be taking place at the home of the Chairgirls – the 1878 Stadium in Burnham – on Tuesday 17th February from 5pm to 9pm and we are inviting any current U14-U17s players to come and show they have what it takes to be a Wanderer.
