We are pleased to announce the launch of our next Street Soccer Academy intake of 2024, continuing our work with young people to provide a combination of football coaching, mindset training and skills & employability workshops.
The Wycombe Wanderers Foundation Street Soccer Academy is a free 10-week personal development programme providing a combination of football coaching, mindset training and skills & employability workshops.
Our last cohort was a resounding success, capping off a valuable ten weeks with a visit to Leicester City Training Ground, the world-class headquarters of the West Midlands side’s training and academy operation.
Last year’s Captain – Ebenezer Owusu, 28, recently represented Wycombe Wanderers Foundation at the House of Lords, discussing his story and experience on the Street Soccer Academy programme. It’s been hugely inspiring seeing his success take shape through sport, and we can’t wait see him join our next cohort.
