After coming off the back of a hugely successful Christmas break for the WWSET Activity Programme, last week saw us deliver our February Half Term Soccer Schools. We were overwhelmed with the number of bookings we received and were promptly SOLD OUT by the beginning of February!
As a result, we bested our participation numbers from our Christmas Soccer Schools. Over 2 venues and 8 days, we welcomed 97 unique participants to our February Soccer Schools, which amounted to a total of 2,425 participation hours across both venues! It may have been windy at times, and maybe even a little bit chilly, but the elements weren’t enough to dampen the spirits and enjoyment of all involved!
To top the February Half Term off, we were very fortunate to be joined by 4 of the Wycombe Wanderers First Team at our Soccer Schools. Chris Forino-Joseph, Jack Wakely, Adam Przybek & Tyla Dickinson were kind enough to donate some of their time to come and meet the children, answer some questions, hand out prizes and take photos with all of the participants at our camps!
It was a pleasure to have them with us and we look forward to welcoming many more of the Chairboy’s down to future activities this season!
