What Is Bump & Beyond?
Our weekly sessions are designed to help you stay active and connected during pregnancy and beyond. With expert-led workouts that evolve as you and your baby do, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and supported every step of the way.
Two sessions every week:
Monday: 6.00pm – 7.00pm: Prenatal — gentle exercise tailored to your growing bump
Wednesday: 9:30am – 10:30am: Postnatal (with baby in arms) — movement that includes your little one

What Happens in a Session?
Each class is kept small (max 12 mums), so you’ll get lots of personal attention and support. We provide equipment, but feel free to bring your own mat if that’s more comfortable.
Prenatal:
– Calming Pilates to safely strengthen your core as your bump grows
– Circuit-style exercises to boost energy and posture, all at your own pace
– A relaxing cooldown with gentle stretching
Postnatal:
– Pilates to help you reconnect with your body and support your back
– Baby-friendly strength moves — you’ll even use your little one as part of the workout
– Recovery stretches to soothe any aches and promote calm
Session Cost
£4 per session. However, to make sure everyone has a spot, we ask that you block book 5 sessions in advance.
