What Is Bump & Beyond?
Our weekly sessions are designed to support new mums in a safe return to exercise after birth in a welcoming, supportive space.
With expert-led workouts that evolve as you and your baby do, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and supported every step of the way.
Postnatal (with baby in arms) — movement that includes your little one
– Pilates to help you reconnect with your body and support your back
– Baby-friendly strength moves — you’ll even use your little one as part of the workout
– Recovery stretches to soothe any aches and promote calm
Two sessions every week:
Wednesday: 9:30am – 10:30am (Currently FULL)
Thursday: 9:30-10:30am – Spaces available

What Happens in a Session?
Each class is kept small (max 12 mums), so you’ll get lots of personal attention and support. We provide equipment, but feel free to bring your own mat if that’s more comfortable.
Session Cost
£4 per session – paid on the day. First Session FREE
