Wycombe Wanderers Women (W3) is a fully integrated female club with the aim to reach the highest possible level in women’s football.
The first team competes in the Southern Region Women’s Football League, Premier Division, with the Development Team playing in the Southern Region Women’s Football League, Division One North and the Under 18’s playing in the Junior Premier League (JPL) Warriors.
W3 is committed to producing a team capable of challenging at the highest level, whilst providing a pathway for all girls, from first kick to first team!
This aim will be achieved by working closely with the Wycombe Wanderers Foundation Girls Development Academy (GDA) to produce talented young players with the ability, capability and mentality to perform within our 3 teams, supported by attracting quality players from the local area.
