We are incredibly proud to celebrate the fantastic contribution of our latest Community Captain, Meira. Meira has been an invaluable volunteer, dedicating her time and energy to our Girls-Only Premier League Kicks sessions, where she has inspired and supported young girls in their football journeys. She has also dedicated her time supporting our Girls Development Academy by acting as a role model and inspiration to young girls locally who aspire to follow in her footsteps through to our Wycombe Wanderers Women First Team.
Through her commitment, passion and enthusiasm, Meira has become a true role model for aspiring female footballers in our community. Her efforts have helped to create a positive and inclusive environment where young players feel empowered to develop their skills, build confidence and enjoy the beautiful game.
We were delighted to be joined by Wycombe Wanderers Captain, Jack Grimmer, to present Meira with her trophy and gifts from the Premier League.
A huge thank you to Meira for all her hard work, dedication, and the inspiration she provides to the next generation of female footballers.
