Wycombe Wanderers Foundation is thrilled to announce its partnership with iTrust, a leading speak-up platform dedicated to empowering individuals to voice their concerns in a safe and confidential environment.
This collaboration marks a significant step forward in our commitment to fostering transparency, accountability, and inclusivity within our programmes, community and beyond. As part of the partnership, Wycombe Wanderers Foundation will utilise iTrust’s innovative platform to provide participants, parents, staff and stakeholders with a secure channel to allow the voices of those with knowledge of wrongdoing to be heard in a safe, anonymous and non-judgemental environment. It also allows positive voices to be heard, where praising colleagues or making a suggestion in the workplace in a supportive manner, helps transform culture.
Speaking on the partnership, Mark Gaitskell, CEO of Wycombe Wanderers Foundation, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are delighted to join forces with iTrust in our shared mission to promote a culture of openness and accountability within our organisation. By partnering with iTrust, we are empowering our community to speak up and ensuring that their voices are heard and respected.”
