It was a busy Half Term for the Wycombe Wanderers Sports and Education Trust (WWSET)’s Elite Development Academy, as they took on their development squad counterparts from Stevenage, MK Dons and Oxford United.
WWSET EDA players did themselves proud in the piercing sunshine and baking heat, putting in a set of performances full of grit, determination and flair.
29 fixtures were fulfilled in total, and WWSET scored over 250 goals in these games, averaging an absolutely stunning 11.6 goals a game, including a 19-0 win victory on the final day – a day that saw us not only go undefeated, but also not concede a single goal.
Well done to all the players, staff, coaches and parents who took the time to be involved with the fixtures this week, you are all superstars! Bring on the next games!
