We'd like to thank @mayorofhighwycombe for coming to opening the year-long project. It helps ease stiffness from sitting, tones muscles, improves posture, and promotes calmness through mindful breathing.

We'd like to thank @buckscouncil and @heart.of.bucks for awarding us the Healthy Equity Fund to make this happen.

If you are interested in Chair Yoga please email community@wwfc.com or call 01494 455736.
